Adding a digital signature to COIs

Adding a digital signature to COIs

Your client’s Certificate Holders may require a signed Certificate of Insurance or verification. To add your signature to the COIs delivered by the Certificial system you first need to create a signature file.  Create a JPG, GIF, or PNG file of your signature by scanning your physical signature or use one of the many available online alternative applications to create a digital signature.

Select "My Profile" in the dropdown box that appears when you hover over your name.  At the bottom of the page select the square labelled "Upload Signature".  Select the signature you wish to add.  Now when you generate COIs in the Certificial system they will appear with your signature.
