How to check if your Client is Compliant

Guided Assistance Tutorial Name: View Requestors & Manage Compliance 
  1. Log onto Certificial as an Agent / Broker
  2. Select your Client on the left and click the "Manage Shares" button 
  3. Select a Cert Holder and view the current compliance status of each policy. Non issues will be highlighted in red. Hover on an item to see additional details.
  4. You can use the re-respond Check Mark to add a missing policy, document or edit the Description of Operations 
NOTE: Compliance issues related to policy info should be addressed at the policy level and not the share level (Limits, Carriers, etc.)
