Problems Receiving Certificial Emails

Problems Receiving Certificial Emails

Due to broadened security parameters, it is common that certain websites, platforms and emails are blocked by the IT department of many companies. If you're unable to receive the verification email after registering, Certificial is likely falling into a default category where our emails are being blocked.

It is important that you contact your IT department and notify them that Certificial must be white labeled. Doing this will enable you to receive the verification email, which will allow you to complete the registration process and login to the account. It will also ensure that you will not miss out on important email alerts in the future.
