Limit Deficiency (Missing Umbrella / Excess Policy)

If you have not yet responded to the request detecting a limit deficiency, you can simply add an Umbrella or Excess policy. 
  1. Select your Client
  2. Click "Add Policy" and select Excess or Umbrella from the drop down list 

If you have already responded to a request and need to add a missing policy to an existing share, first perform the steps above. Once complete take the following additional actions
  1. Select your Client 
  2. Click the "Manage Shares" button
  3. Select the Requestor / Certificate Holder you wish to add the policy 
  4. Select the Re-respond check mark icon located on the far right to launch the re-respond process
  5. Select the additional policies you wish to add and follow the prompts to submit and save the updated information 

NOTE: If you have a signature on file, a new certificate will be generated and emailed / saved within the share.
