Managing renewals on Certificial

Editing the effective date of a policy in the Certificial system will automatically generate and send new COIs to all current cert-holders of that policy.​ To renew a policy system, navigate to your "Clients" page.  Select the "More Options" icon (three vertical dots next to the policy status).  In the dropdown box that appears, select the "Edit" option. 

​The "Edit Policy" window will open.
Select the policy type, and hit Next > Enter Policy Details - if merely extending the current policy, simply update the effective dates and select Submit & Close. 
If limits or other coverage details have changed at renewal, update them here and they will be reflected in the updated COIs that are generated.

All Certificial-registered certificate holders will have access to generate updated certificates at any time.
