Managing renewals on Certificial
Editing the effective date of a policy in the Certificial system
will automatically generate and send new COIs to all current cert-holders of
that policy. To renew a policy system, navigate to your "Clients" page. Select the "More Options" icon (three vertical
dots next to the policy status). In the
dropdown box that appears, select the "Edit" option.
The "Edit Policy" window will open.
Select the policy type, and hit Next > Enter
Policy Details - if merely extending the current policy, simply update the
effective dates and select Submit & Close.
If
limits or other coverage details have changed at renewal, update them here and
they will be reflected in the updated COIs that are generated.
All Certificial-registered certificate holders will have access to
generate updated certificates at any time.
