Rejecting a policy

If a policy request is received from an unknown party, you can simply reject the request.  At your "Clients" page select the "More Options" icon (three vertical dots next to the policy status), in the dropdown box that appears you will be given the option to "Reject".  Select and confirm the rejection and the requestor will be notified.
