Updating Expired Policies
Update an expired policy by performing the following steps:
- Select your Client
- Edit the expired policy and update the effective dates
- Click submit to save changes
NOTE: If you uploaded a signature, you can issue updated certificate of insurance to all holders by clicking the "Issue COI" icon. An updated cert along with previously shared documents will be to all applicable holders.
NOTE: You can also issue COIs at the share level by performing the following steps. In this case, only the Holder selected will be issued the updated COI and documents.
- Select your Client
- Click the "Manage Shares" button
- Select the Requestor / Certificate Holder and click the "Issue COI" icon
